How Symmetry I-9 is delivered

Symmetry I-9 combines a REST API with two embedded, hosted experiences you launch inside your platform.

Configuration API

Register and manage employers, employees, and administrators, configure E-Verify, and retrieve completed Form I-9 data.

Employee I-9 Experience

A guided, mobile-friendly interface where new hires complete Section 1 and—when remote verification is enabled—Section 2.

Administrative I-9 Experience

A central hub where HR administrators review Forms I-9, take action, manage E-Verify, and monitor upcoming document expirations.

How it works

At a high level, you register an employer, add its administrators and employees, and (optionally) configure E-Verify through the API. You then generate the embedded employee experience so new hires can complete their Form I-9, and the embedded administrator experience so HR can review and take action. When a Form I-9 is complete, you retrieve the finished data through the API or receive it via postback.
