Employee I-9 Experience (Embedded)
A guided, user-friendly interface that allows employees to complete the I-9 verification process seamlessly within your system backed by comprehensive audit logs.
Administrative I-9 Experience (Embedded)
A centralized hub for HR administrators to manage, review, and take action on Forms I-9 within your existing platform. Administrators can manage their E-Verify configuration and settings in addition to proactively monitoring upcoming documentation expirations that require action on the employer's end.
Workflow
Symmetry I-9 is structured around five key steps, aligned to support your users throughout the I-9 verification process.
Step 1: Employer Registration
Make an API request to Symmetry to register the employer to accept new hires for I-9. In return, you'll receive an employer unique ID that allows you to proceed to the next step, registering an administrator and setting up the employee.
Using our API, establish the employer's HR administrator who is responsible for taking action on Forms I-9, including managing E-Verify cases. Afterwards, configure the employee (new hire).
Step 3: Configure E-Verify
Once the employer and administrator is configured, set up E-Verify for employers who will be using the program.
Step 4: I-9 Verification Process
Using the API, generate the embedded employee experience so employees can complete their I-9 verification process using the compliant workflow.
Step 5: Ongoing I-9 Administration
Using our embedded employer portal, your HR team can manage and maintain I-9 records for compliance and audits.
